Service Description
Based at the local Sea Water Baths, in Lymington, these sessions offer the opportunity to transition from indoor pool to the Open Water or improve and perfect your technique in a safe and calm environment. You will work on your stroke, have the opportunity to train in your wetsuit (optional) and be put through your paces with some interval work too. Come and join the fun !
